I am a trained chef and also a theater critic. Currently I am at a point in my life where I am not making a living from neither of these brilliant trades. I am using this space to store information for later ``use`` regarding the concept of performing food (performance and food, food as performance and food in performance) in the hope one day I will find the time-space frame and illumination to put it all together in one coherent thought.
